On the 19th of July 2024, the Team from Horizon 2 RTO joined with their clients at the Carinity Fassifern Community Centre to celebrate a major achievement.

Together, we won the 2024 Queensland Training award for the Community Training Initiative of the Year for the South-east Qld Region.

Delivering the Certificate III in Individual Support, the team have enabled this small Scenic Rim Community to grow their own care workforce ensuring elderly locals have the care and continuity they deserve.

The program has united the local community and brought together employers, businesses, and the community centre to create uncommon outcomes including a 90% post study, employment outcome.
